5. If Commissioned, Last Two Years Income Tax Returns

6. Self-employed Borrowers (Ownership in excess of 25% of Majority) need Last Two Years Complete Tax Returns (Personal, Corporate, or Partnership) YTD Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet (Need Original Signatures)

7. Previous Two Months Statements on all Accounts (Bank, Credit Union, Stock) and Documentation to Prove Source of Large, Recent Deposits

8. Addresses of Other Real Estate Owned and Leased, If Applicable

9. College Diploma or Transcript if a Student within Last 2 Years
